The PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery address(es) that the CUSTOMER will have indicated during the ordering process. Orders are prepared within 72 hours, in case of high demand this period may be extended. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

If you choose Mondial Relay and Colissimo as your delivery method, please note that you have a deadline

eight days to collect your package, after this period your package will be returned to us.

No refund is possible, you can nevertheless repay the delivery costs or come and collect your package in person. Please note that after 30 days Mondial Relay atomically destroys uncollected packages.

After sending to the postal service, we are no longer responsible for your package. If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered or damaged by the carrier, but you have not received it. Therefore, we ask you to contact La Poste at 3631 to make a claim. By giving your tracking number which was sent to you when validating the sending of your package. Request a refund.

We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that claims may take up to 30 days to process.
We assume no responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier or stolen. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.

PACKAGE DESTROYED BY MONDIAL RELAY IN CASE OF NON-COLLECTION:

Mondial Relay automatically destroys uncollected packages after 30 days, in which case we can guarantee you a refund of 50% of the amount of your order excluding delivery costs.

The deadlines for refunds are 30 days.

Return and Exchange Policy

Non-professional buyers benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order to return (reshipping costs at their expense) the product to the seller for exchange. Returns must be made in the complete original condition

No products sold on the site are refundable for hygiene reasons. Unless the product(s) delivered prove(s) not to comply with the initial order, in which case the return and exchange costs will be our responsibility.

Provided the returned item has not been opened, exchanges are possible.
